The country lies within Asia with a time zone of UTC+9. The flag of South Korea has a white background with a red and blue center symbolizing yin and yang. The center is surrounded by a black trigram belonging to ancient Confucian I Ching. The capital of South Korea is Seoul. The population is estimated to be 48,508,972. The spoken language of the inhabitants is Korean. English is being taught predominantly in schools. Christianity, Protestantism, Confucianism, and Buddhism are the major religions.     Jeju-do is a Korean named that is used for acknowledging the Jeju Province. It is also a smaller named of Jeju unique independent Province.     Haeinsa – “Reflections On A Smooth Sea”
    Haeinsa is one of the major Buddhist temple located in South Korea. Haeinsa means "Reflections on a Smooth Sea". It is situated in the South Korea’s Gaya Mountain. The temple was earlier constructed in 9th century and was later reconstructed in the 19th century. The Buddhish Scriptures namely the Tripitaka Korean that are copied in the temple made the temple very much popular.
